HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Have a look at our stationery designs and when you have found the one that is right for you please get in touch by phone or email and I will send you an order form.
Return the order form with the wording you'd like for your invitations, or for any additional stationery items such as menus or order of service along with a 50% deposit.
You will receive a proof of your stationery wording within a few weeks to review. This will be sent either by email or with hard copies if requested or required (for colour matching approval for example).
Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to check the details of this proof very carefully and inform us of any mistakes as they cannot be fixed after printing without incurring extra cost for yourself and delays resulting.
When your order is near to completion I will contact you with a final invoice showing the balance due on your order for all finished items. Once the balance has been paid your order will be posted out to you.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE?
It usually takes about six weeks to complete an order, but if I have a lot of orders in the schedule (as could happen in the summer when most weddings take place) then I may need eight weeks. On rare occasions I might have to turn down your order if the booking calendar is too full, but I hate to do this, so please enquire as soon as possible to make sure your order can be completed. And if you've left it too late, give me a call, if it's at all possible, I'll see if I can do things a bit quicker for you.
If you need more time to organise the wording for your order of service, menus, or names for the place cards, don't worry about it. I know these things can take a little longer to organise, and you may want to wait for some RSVP's before you finalise numbers and place your order. You can give us a rough estimate of numbers with your initial order, or indicate that you'll be ordering these at a later date.
Just bear in mind we may need about six weeks to complete the additional items. As a guide I recommend sending details for orders of service eight weeks before the wedding date, but I will try to work with you and your particular situation.
